Welcome to Beadera (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). Independently developed and operated by us (hereinafter referred to as "we"), Beadera is a professional offline fuse-bead and pixel art creation tool. We prioritize user personal privacy protection as our core principle, strictly comply with global personal data protection laws, Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1 and relevant industry regulatory standards. Our core commitment is to provide users with safe, private, offline and lightweight DIY creative design services while fully safeguarding your data security and personal privacy rights.
This Privacy Policy systematically specifies the rules of how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, and clearly defines all legitimate data rights you enjoy. Please carefully read and fully understand all clauses of this Policy before using, downloading or accessing this App. Your continued use of all functions and services of Beadera will be deemed as your full understanding, recognition and voluntary acceptance of all privacy rules herein. If you do not agree with any clause of this Policy, please immediately stop all access and use behaviors of this App.
I. Types of Information We Collect
We always adhere to the principles of legality, necessity, minimum scope and proportionality. We only collect user information required to support core creative functions and optimize product experience, and will never collect any personal data irrelevant to the App’s fuse-bead design and pixel creation services. The specific collected information categories are as follows:
(I) User Actively Submitted Information
Custom Creation Configuration Data: When you use the blank canvas creation, color matching adjustment, grid parameter setting and template editing functions, you will generate personalized design configuration data. All setting information is only used to record your creative habits, realize one-click parameter restoration and quick secondary creation, and will not be used for any other irrelevant purposes without your independent authorization.
Imported Material Content: To realize the photo-to-bead pixel conversion function, you may actively import local picture materials. The imported images are only processed locally for pixel pattern conversion, exclusively serving your personal DIY creation, and will not be uploaded to the cloud or shared with third parties actively.
Personalized Works & Template Data: All original pixel artworks, custom fuse-bead templates, saved color schemes and pattern codes created, edited and saved by you are independently stored in your device’s local space. These creative data are only for your personal viewing, modification and reuse, and no automatic cloud synchronization will be performed without your explicit consent.
Personal Profile Settings: You can edit personalized nicknames and custom avatar content in the personal homepage. All profile content is only displayed locally in the App, without remote server storage and data synchronization.
(II) Exclusive Privacy Protection Rules for Creative Content
Beadera focuses on offline personal DIY creation scenarios. All custom templates, pixel works, imported materials and personalized design data generated by users belong to your private creative assets. We adopt full local offline processing mechanisms and implement strict privacy protection measures in accordance with global data compliance requirements:
Collection Restriction Rules: We only collect creative data actively generated by your manual operations such as active creation, parameter adjustment, material import and template saving. No background silent collection, automatic crawling or passive acquisition of user personal data will be carried out.
Data Usage Boundary: All user creative data and configuration information are only used to realize core functions such as pixel conversion, pattern design, template management and work archiving. We will not use such data to build user portraits, push targeted advertisements, track user identities or carry out any non-creative related business behaviors.
Full Local Storage Mechanism: All user creative works, custom templates and personal setting data are completely stored locally on your mobile device. Our cloud server does not store any backup copies of your private creative data. The temporary cache generated during picture conversion and pattern rendering will be automatically cleared after you exit the function page or close the App.
Absolute Non-Disclosure Commitment: We will never share, sell, rent, transmit or disclose your private creative works, custom templates and design configuration data to any third-party enterprises, organizations or individuals. All creative calculation and data processing logic are completed offline on the user’s device without any third-party participation.
(III) Automatically Collected Anonymous Technical Data
Device Basic Technical Information: To ensure stable App operation, solve system compatibility problems and optimize running fluency, we will anonymously collect non-sensitive device information including device model, iOS system version and App installation version. The collection of device identifiers such as IDFA/IDFV will only be carried out after you actively grant system permissions. All anonymous device data cannot correspond to your unique personal identity.
De-Identified Usage Statistics: We will statistically aggregate anonymous user behavior data, including function usage frequency, template saving times, work creation volume and tool usage duration. All statistical data completely remove personal identification information, cannot be associated with individual users, and are only used to analyze user usage preferences and iterate optimized product functions.
System Abnormality Logs: When the App has crashes, function errors or running abnormalities, we will generate brief anonymous operation logs, recording operation time, error types and abnormal triggers. Such logs are only used for technical troubleshooting, repairing system bugs and improving App stability, and will not be used for any commercial or unauthorized scenarios.
II. Legal Purposes of Data Utilization
We strictly abide by the minimum necessary principle, and all personal data processing behaviors are limited to the following legitimate and explicit purposes:

3. Optimize App running performance, solve system compatibility problems, repair program bugs and continuously improve user creative experience;

5. Perform statutory obligations, respond to official legal inquiries and judicial requirements, and protect our legitimate intellectual property and operating rights;
6. Other data usage scenarios explicitly authorized by you independently in advance.
We will not use your personal data for unstated commercial purposes or non-creative service scenarios without your explicit prior consent.
III. Offline Local Processing and Storage Mechanism
Beadera adopts a local-first offline creative architecture, realizing full offline operation of core design and data storage functions to maximize user data privacy security:
Offline Independent Calculation: All pixel conversion, bead pattern rendering, 3D model calculation and template parsing processes are completely completed on your local mobile device. Without your written explicit authorization, we will not transmit any of your original creative works, custom templates and design data to remote cloud servers.
Private Local Storage: All manually saved creative works, custom templates and personalized configuration data are exclusively stored in the user’s local device storage. Our cloud system does not retain any private creative data of users, ensuring that you have absolute independent control over all DIY works.
Automatic Cache Cleaning: The temporary data cache generated during creation and conversion is only stored locally and will be automatically cleared after the task ends or the App exits. We will not permanently retain any temporary creative cache data.
IV. Data Sharing, Disclosure and Transfer Rules
No Unauthorized Third-Party Sharing: Without your written explicit consent, we will not share any of your private creative data, personal profile information and custom configuration content with any third-party institutions or individuals.
Prohibition of Data Commercial Transactions: We firmly abide by the principle of non-commercialization of user privacy data, and will never sell, rent, trade or transfer user personal and creative data for profit purposes.
Statutory Mandatory Disclosure: We may only disclose user data in response to legal mandatory requirements or formal legal documents issued by courts, government regulatory authorities and other competent official agencies.
Business Transfer Provisions: In case of corporate merger, acquisition, asset reorganization or business transfer, your data may be transferred as part of business assets. V. Your Legitimate Data Control Rights
You have complete and independent legal control rights over all personal and creative data generated during your use of this App:
Data Access Right: You can view all locally saved custom templates, pixel artworks and personal setting data through the privacy entry in the App settings page at any time.
Data Deletion Right: You can independently delete any unwanted creative works, template files and personalized configuration records in the App. If you need to clear all personal usage data, you can apply to customer service. We will complete full data deletion after identity verification (excluding data required to be retained by mandatory laws). Temporary cache data will be automatically cleared without manual operation.
Permission Revocation Right: You can withdraw all system permissions granted to the App through your Apple device’s privacy settings. You can also revoke your consent for our data collection and usage through the App’s internal privacy settings. The withdrawal of consent will terminate our subsequent data collection, while the data processing behaviors completed based on previous valid consent will remain legal and effective.
Account Cancellation Right: You can contact official customer service to apply for account cancellation. After the cancellation is completed, we will legally delete all your bound personal data, and you will permanently lose access to all free and paid functional privileges of the App.

VI. Minor Personal Information Protection
This App is oriented to users aged 18 and above. We do not actively collect personal information of minors under 18. Minors must use this App under the continuous supervision and explicit consent of legal guardians, and are prohibited from independently uploading materials, creating works and generating private creative data.
If legal guardians find that minors have independently submitted creative data and personal information without authorization, please contact our customer service in a timely manner. After identity verification, we will completely delete all relevant minor data and take functional restriction measures to protect minor privacy.
VII. Policy Update Rules
We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy in response to the adjustment of national data protection laws, continuous iteration of App creative functions and changing user service needs. All updated clauses will be notified to users through in-app pop-up windows and system announcements, and the revised policy will take effect on the release date.
Your continued use of the App after the policy update is deemed as full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated clauses, you shall immediately stop using the App and apply for account cancellation if necessary.
